LENGE POLYETHERSULFONE (PES) MICROPOROUS MEMBRANE

In 2016, LENGE PURIFICATION established a project research and development team and invested heavily in the development of PES microporous filtration membrane--the core filtration technology. LENGE polyethersulfone (PES) microporous membrane, using proprietary membrane manufacturing technology, the international most advanced membrane production equipment research and development and mass production. The production line is designed and manufactured by the world-class membrane machine manufacturer, and the operating conditions and procedures of membrane production are automatically controlled by computer. The membrane has precise aperture control and reliable mechanical strength. All raw materials meet the standards and requirements of pharmaceutical grade membrane.

Bacterial challenge test of Brevundimonas diminuta (ATCC19146) with a sample of 10E7CFU/cm2 of 0.22 µm membrane lot according to ASTM method f838-05. The bubbling point test data of the filter membrane were verified by bacterial challenge test results, and the two were correlated.
