Sampling Dispensing Booth/ Dispensing machines is a great cleaning device. Unidirectional, linear, laminar stream, Class ISO5 (classified as Class 100). The main raw materials and chemicals are pouring, weighing, sampling, and filling. It has been provided with high pressure HEPA filter, that prevents the airborne particles from entering the inside of the unit by means of down stream technique. This device has been built with two-stage vacuum system with the addition of baffle layer that reduces the amount of flow separation.
The dispensing booth includes complete accessories with powder collection bags. The main accessories include the platform, powder collection bag, digital weighing scale, manual weighing scale, mixing tank, mixing tube, and a clean-rinsing brush. The weighing scale and the rinsing brush are provided in the kit. They come in stainless steel finish. The platform, powder collection bag, and digital weighing scale are provided separately. The dispensing booth cleaning requirements include removing the contents of the hopper, lifting the platforms to clean them, and changing the bag according to the type of material.
The dispensing booth cleaning procedure includes removing the top and bottom screens, lifting the platform to clean them, and changing the sample bag according to the type of material being tested. There are various methods to remove the sample from the hopper. Some of the methods are discussed below. Cleaning the Pre-filters: For the pre-filter cleaning process, one needs to remove the sample from the dispensing booth and then load the pre-filters. The dispensing booth has two types of operation. In the automatic mode, the system will perform the complete functions including loading, displaying, and balancing. For the manual mode, the individual valves can be lifted and released manually. Manual flow is more convenient as it does not require any additional air flow devices.
Hydraulic Stationery: In order to clean the waste and the reagent from the waste, it is first necessary to set up a hydraulic stationery. The design of the dispensing booth must be such that it is capable of housing the hydraulic stationery, the waste collectors, and the reagents. Hydraulic stationsery consists of an air pump and a high pressure valve. Air pump performs the function of pushing air into the waste stream and the valve controls the release of the gas pressure. Hydraulic systems provide high pressure differential.
Raw Material Collection System: A waste collection system is also used in the dispensing booth. It consists of a large scale drum, a sump, a scale reader, weighing pedestals, raking brushes, bucket crane and robotic arms. The weighing pedestals and brushes facilitate the gathering and rake of the collected materials. The bucket crane facilitates the lifting and placement of the weighing platform.
The filtration system used in the booth must be precise and efficient. The filtration system consists of a pre-filter, a sub filtration pump, a post-filtration pump and an ion exchange. The filtration pump is placed in the filtration bench along with the samples, the pump is activated, and water flows through the pre-filter to the sub filtration pump where it removes contaminants and the ions are exchanged with the electrolytes present in the samples.
All the above mentioned features make the dispensing booths the most commonly used raw material sampler in most industries. These booths are used to aid the processing, quality control and post-processing operations of raw materials. They help remove contamination from the required amount of the raw materials without affecting the required properties of the material. The quality of the collected samples depends upon the efficiency of the system that collects them.
