The filter element adopts special anti leakage technology to ensure the filtering effect. It can effectively filter solid impurities and oil mist, and quickly eliminate oil mist. The filter element adopts imported borosilicate glass fiber.
The air filter takes the filter medium as the main filtering means. The wet inertia air filter is mainly composed of central pipe, oil pool, etc. Its working principle is that after the air enters the filter, it goes down along the central pipe at a high speed, rushes to the oil level of the oil pool, and the movement direction suddenly changes to upward, resulting in rotational movement. At this time, some dust with large mass is adhered to the oil because it is too late to reverse upward with the air due to inertia to complete the air filtration. Dry filter air filter is composed of paper filter element and sealing washer. Its working principle is that when air enters the filter, it is filtered through the paper filter element, so that the dust in the air is separated or adhered to the filter element by the filter element. The wet filter air filter is composed of a metal filter screen soaked in engine oil. Its working principle is that when the air filtered by the oil bath passes through the metal filter screen soaked in engine oil, fine dust particles are blocked, and some dust particles adhere to the filter screen and drip into the oil together with the engine oil.
